Terms of Use – DIGIMOON GLOBAL TECH

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the DIGIMOON GLOBAL TECH platform, a virtual store specializing in digital product sales. By using our services, the user agrees to all the provisions below.

Art. 1 – Purpose

I – DIGIMOON GLOBAL TECH offers digital products, such as software licenses, games, and CDKeys, through its online store. II – Accessing the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Art. 2 – User Registration

I – To make purchases, the user must provide truthful and complete information. II – Using third-party data without authorization is prohibited. III – The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login and password.

Art. 3 – Purchase and Delivery

I – Digital products are delivered via email or made available in the customer area after payment confirmation. II – Delivery time may vary depending on the chosen payment method. III – DIGIMOON GLOBAL TECH is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., payment providers).

Art. 4 – Payment Methods

I – We accept payments via credit card, bank slip, and PIX. II – Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed. III – In case of refunds, the customer must contact support.

Art. 5 – Intellectual Property

I – All store content (texts, images, logos, products) is protected by copyright. II – Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without express authorization.

Art. 6 – User Responsibilities

Art. 7 – Exchange and Refund Policy

I – As these are digital products, exchanges are not possible once sent. II – Refunds will be analyzed if the product does not work or is not delivered. III – Customers must request a refund within 7 days of purchase, as per Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

I – Personal data is processed in accordance with the LGPD. II – Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data. III – Data is stored for as long as needed to fulfill its purpose.

Art. 9 – Terms Modifications

I – DIGIMOON GLOBAL TECH may change these Terms at any time. II – Changes will be communicated by email or published in the store. III – Continued use of the platform after changes implies agreement.

Art. 10 – Jurisdiction

I – The forum of Brumadinho – MG is chosen to resolve any conflicts arising from these Terms.
